Kinerja Karyawan Pada Polres Metro Bekasi Kota
Abstract
Abstrak: Karyawan berfungsi sebagai sumber daya manusia intansi/pemerintahan yang memiliki peran penting pada sistem operasional. Penilaian ini adalah tentang metode penilaian kinerja karyawan Polres Metro Bekasi Kota. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mengatasi kendala pada saat penilaian kinerja karyawan yang dilakukan di Polres Metro Bekasi Kota. Polres Metro Bekasi Kota adalah instansi negara yang berfungsi dengan baik untuk mempersiapkan keadaan agar tetap menjaga kondisi masyarakat dengan memberikan pelayanan, perlindungan yang aman dan nyaman kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan sumber data yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yakni berupa observasi secara langsung kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan penilaian kinerja serta melakukan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa persiapan untuk penilaian kinerja serta pengumpulan data yang sudah otomatis terdata dan penilaian melalui sistem aplikasi SIPK (Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Kepolisian). Adapun solusi dari penelitian ini adalah solusi yang memperoleh penilaian kinerja secara baik.Kata kunci: Penilaian Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Metode Penilaian Kinerja
Abstract: Employees function as agency/government human resources who have an important role in the operational system. This assessment is about the performance assessment method for Bekasi City Metro Police employees. The aim of this research is to understand how to overcome obstacles during employee performance assessments carried out at the Bekasi City Metro Police. The Bekasi City Metro Police is a state agency that functions well to prepare conditions to maintain the condition of the community by providing safe and comfortable services, protection and comfort to the community. This research uses qualitative methods with the data sources used in this research, namely direct observation of activities related to performance assessment and conducting interviews. The research results show that preparations for performance assessments and data collection have been automatically recorded and assessed through the SIPK (Police Complaints Information System) application system. The solution from this researcher is a solution that develops a reward program for employees who receive good performance appraisals.
