Good Corporate Governance dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Perusahaan Konstruksi Bangunan

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak GCG dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan.Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari empat variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. GCG yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi, sedangkan profitabilitas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain Gross Profit Margin (GPM) dan Return on Equity (ROE). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak delapan perusahaan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2012-2016. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purpose sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linear regresi berganda dan menggunakan program spss 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dewan komisaris dan dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan secara simultan dewan komisaris, dewan direksi, GPM, dan ROE berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract: This study attempts to known the impact of GCG and profitability in the value of the company. Variables in this research among four independent variables and one dependent variable. GCG used in this research are board of commissioners and board of directors, meanwhile profitability used in this research are Gross Profit Margin (GPM) dan Return on Equity (ROE). The type of research used is quantitative method. The samples used this research are eight building construction companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange periods 2012-2016. Sampling technique used is identification purpose the sampling method. The method of data anaysis used is analysis linear of multiple regression and exclusively on the spss 23 program. The research result show that this partial board of commissioners and board of directors effects on the value of the company, meanwhile simultaneously board of commissioners, board of directors, GPM and ROE effect the value of the company.
