Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process Pemilihan Karyawan Sales Terbaik Pada PT Bakul Impor Jaya Bekasi

Abstract

Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia disuatu perusahaan adalah salah satu hal terpenting untuk perusahaan. Karena merupakan aspek penentu keberhasilan kerja dari perusahaan tersebut. Terutama pada sumber daya manusia pada PT Bakul Impor Jaya, yang dimana karyawan sales sangat berpengaruh pada perusahaan. Pada kenyataannya PT Bakul Impor Jaya masih belum bisa optimal dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan karyawan sales terbaik, hal ini disebabkan oleh belum tersedianya media yang dapat memproses penilaian karyawan. Dalam menentukan karyawan sales terbaik di PT Bakul Impor Jaya, sistem menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan menggunakan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah didiskusikan bersama dengan perusahaan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini, menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dapat digunakan untuk mengolah data kriteria, data alternatif, proses perhitungan bahkan sampai dengan proses pembuatan laporan nilai karyawan sales. Output dalam sistem ini adalah nilai perhitungan pemilihan karyawan sales terbaik dan rekomendasi karyawan sales terbaik untuk PT Bakul Impor Jaya.

Abstract: Human resources in a company are one of the most important things for a company. Because it is a determining aspect of the work success of the company. Especially on human resources at PT Bakul Impor Jaya, where sales employees are very influential in the company. In fact, PT Bakul Impor Jaya is still not optimal in the selection of the best sales employees, this is due to the unavailability of media that can process employee ratings. In determining the best sales employees at PT Bakul Impor Jaya, the system uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method using criteria that have been discussed together with the company. In making this application, use the PHP programming language and use MySQL as the database. This decision support system can be used to process criteria data, alternative data, the calculation process even to the process of making a report on the value of sales employees. The output in this system is the calculation value of the selection of the best sales employees and the recommendations of the best sales employees for PT Bakul Impor Jaya.
